There are well over 500 waterfalls listed on the website nnywaterfalls.com.  Of these, the vast majority are located on publicly accessible land.  There are, however, a significant number of these falls that are privately owned and not available for public viewing.  Over the years, I have been invited to visit and photograph many of these locations. Some of the property owners welcome visitors, but for many of these cascades, the owners are not interested in publicizing their locations.  For that reason, this is a little different from waterfall guidebooks that I normally offer.  I typically include detailed instructions on how to reach each location.  The waterfalls described in the pages of this book are all on private property, so access information is not provided. This is simply a discussion, with pictures, of 44 destinations with 48 scenic waterfalls.  Please enjoy the view and honor the privacy of the landowners.
